Whichford Pottery are recruiting a 
Marketing & Sales Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and detail-orientated individual to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a genuine craft business with a focus on customer service, sales, administration and digital marketing.

What we are looking for in a candidate is:

  • Strong interpersonal skills — someone who enjoys engaging with customers and takes pride in selling our handmade products.
  • A Flexible multitasker – able to prioritise and switch between a variety 
    of tasks in a busy, varied environment.
  • Good administrative skills – confident use of Microsoft packages including Teams, familiar with both Mac and PC and some experience using Adobe Creative Suite and video editing preferred.
  • Good literacy & numeracy – with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Practical and hands-on – happy to help with physical tasks such as restocking the shop and stockyard, moving pots, and keeping areas tidy.
  • A team player and quick learner – enjoys working collaboratively, takes the initiative, and picks up new systems and tasks with ease.

Role Details: 
Full-Time: Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm) 
Part Time: We’re open to discussing flexible hours for the right candidate
Please note that we expect occasional weekend days in busy periods/special events.
