How it Works
1. Pick up to three words and choose and complete our Three Word Personalised Pot form by clicking here.
2. Once you have completed your form you will be redirected back to this page where you can choose between either Poppy Roulette Decoration or Garden Twine Roulette Decoration
3. Add your choice of pot to your basket, checkout and complete your order.
We can only make a limited number of our hand-inscribed pots for Christmas delivery, so orders for Christmas must be confirmed by 18th November 2025.

Delivery & leadtime
Our delivery charge of £29.50 applies to all orders no matter the size or quantity of pots and is for mainland UK addresses only. As all our products are handmade the leadtime on your order will vary depending on the pots you have chosen. This will be indicated on each product and on your order confirmation. We aim to be able to make everything within the stated leadtime, if this is not the case we will contact you and let you know.

10 Year Frostproof Guarantee
The clay we use is a special mix of local clays, prepared and blended in-house to ensure the highest grade of frostproof terracotta. All our terracotta flowerpots carry a 10 Year Frostproof guarantee against lamination in the frost. However, we know from experience that our pots last a lot longer. Each pot is stamped with our name and a code indicating the year it was made.
