All prices shown on this site are inclusive of VAT (Value added tax).
Please note that planted up pots are for illustrative purposes only and the plants are not included in the price.

Stock Status

• "Stock Item"
  These items are usually held in stock. However our products are handmade in small batches and occasionally we will run out of stock. If you need your order urgently please contact us first to check stock availability before making an order.
• "Special Order"
  These pots are only made to order. Please contact us to discuss lead times

Delivery
The cost for standard delivery of flowerpots up to 81cm (32 inches) to one mainland UK address is £29.50 including insurance, irrespective of how many pots you would like. This price does not extend to delivery of very large pots, special orders, inscribed pots, floor tiles, overseas or express delivery. We will quote for delivery of these items.

How To Order

• Secure Online Order
  If you live in the UK (mainland only) we can accept payments via our secure server. Payments are processed by Sagepay so you are assured that your personal data is safe. NB: If you live outside the UK mainland you're welcome to use our quotation service.
• Online Quotation
  To use the quotation service please add items to your basket and select the "Quotation" options before submitting an order. You will not be charged any fee and we will contact you to confirm the order, arrange delivery dates and take payment.
• By Telephone
  You may also add items to your basket or wishlist and then telephone or email us with your order or enquiry. We're open from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 10am to 4pm, Sundays April to Christmas 11am to 4pm. If calling out of office hours please leave a message on our answerphone and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Lead Times

• Wherever possible we deliver the pots ourselves, otherwise we use a reliable carrier.
• We will deliver as soon as we possibly can, but if you need urgent delivery or delivery by a certain date then please let us know.
• In the unlikely event of any items being damaged, we need to be informed within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.

DELIVERY OF STANDARD FLOWERPOTS UP TO 81CM (32 INCHES) DIAMETER:

DELIVERY OF LARGE FLOWERPOTS OVER 81CM (32 INCHES) DIAMETER, FLOOR TILES, SPECIAL ORDERS, INSCRIBED POTS:
We will quote for delivery of very large pots, floor tiles, special commissions, overseas and express delivery on an individual basis. Please call our sales team on +44(0)1608 684416 with your enquiry. Our sales office is open from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday GMT. Alternatively you may use our quotation service (see "Ordering & Payments" above) or the contact page to make an email enquiry.

EXPRESS OR TIMED DELIVERY
We will quote for express or timed delivery.

QUALITY GUARANTEE
Our terracotta flowerpots carry a ten year guarantee against lamination in the frost.

MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, we will refund the cost of the pot(s) if returned to us undamaged within 14 days.
