Part of our Shakespeare Range to commemorate the 450th anniversary of Shakespeare's birth, a beautiful extract from A Midsummer Night's Dream is imprinted around the rim of these pots. The sides are textured and highlighted with an ash-grey slip.
The inscription around the rim of the pot reads:
"I know a bank where the wild thyme blows,
where oxslips and the nodding violet grows;"

Meet the Maker
Steve has been working at the pottery for 18 months and is a Pottery Assistant. He finds the variety of the work we do interesting, he also loves animals and was a Kennel Handler before joining us.
